Code of Ethics for Board members of the Aylmer heritage Association

 

Following the decision of the Board of Directors of the Aylmer Heritage Association at its meeting of… to pursue the establishment of a code of ethics, the Board of Directors of the Aylmer Heritage Association, hereafter referred to as the “Association”, has adopted the rules, set forth below, which shall be known as the Code of Ethics for the Board of Directors (the “Code of Ethics” or the “Code”).  The Code of Ethics is to be observed by all Directors of the Board in the discharge of their duties and in their personal conduct.

The adoption of the Code of Ethics shall not impair the validity of any action, which would otherwise be valid under the Constitution establishing the Association, the By-Laws and procedures of the Association.
